Q- Who is the workshop aimed at?
A- Whether you are an amateur or a serious hobby photographer or a budding professional, this workshop has something to offer. Participants should be comfortable using the manual or semi-manual settings, and need to have a DSLR camera. This level will focus more on practical, composition, working with one light setup, working with two light setup and how to use natural light.
Q- Will we cover camera basic
A- No. We have different workshop for the beginners level.
Q- Who will lead the workshop?
A- Dilip Yande will lead and mentor the participants. He is commercial advertising photographer with exprience beyond 18 years in various genere of photography. Be it jewelry or conceptual ad shoot with international models, he has done it all. He a visting faculty with leading photography school in Mumbai and Pune. In his free time he believes in sharing knowledge through his images.

Q- What are the learning objectives
A- We will talk about how a beginner who is equipped with a basic D-SLR with a 18-55mm can venture in the world of fashion photography. We will start the workshop where participants will be taught how to shoot model with a basic one light setup. Post this session the mentor photographer will introduce another light making it a two light setup. You will learn how to build your own thought process around a fashion photography. You will be made aware about what are the Do’s and Don’ts of fashion photography as well as get closer to mastering the art of how to shoot a model with just natural light.

A- The workshop will be conducted on 6th May 2012, at a studio in Wadala

Q- What camera and equipment do I need to bring?
A- We recommend you bring a D- SLR camera with a kit lens for the workshop. However any advanced gear which you are comfortable using can certainly be an advantage for you while shooting. But if you are confident of your photography skills on a digital camera and would like learn more about the process of working and building fashion folios you could also sign up for the workshop. Q- What’s included in the price?
A- Guidance by experienced photographer Dilip Yande. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided in the morning. In the afternoon we have made arrangements for a working lunch.
Q- How can I make my payments?
A- Our office is based at South Mumbai in Crawford market. You can walk in to drop your fees to our office from mon-fri from 9 AM to 8 PM in the evening. However, if you reside in any other part of the city we could help you with a pick up facility for an additional fee of Rs.200. Alternatively, you could transfer your fees directly in to our bank account. The details for the same are mentioned below.
