Press Council of India has instituted National Awards for Excellence in Journalism and Photo Journalism.Two awards for Photo Journalism each of Rs. 50,000.00. Categories: 1 Single News Picture. 2. Photo featureLast dates for submission of enteries: Sept 15, 2012Awards will be given away by the Prime Minister on National Press Day.Pls send as many enteries as possible so that we have a concrete step towards promotion and strengthening of photo journalism.Pls see the attached documents for complete information. If you have problem in completing any of the forms, please make sure that your entries reach well in time and I can take care of technicalities etc..Look forward to your enthusiastic participation.With best wishes and regards,
