Amrita Rana is Mumbai Based Food blogger, Food Stylist and a home chef. An Ex-Radio jockey, Amrita discovered her love for food after moving to Bombay 5 years back. She takes cooking workshops across the city. Her first recipe book as a food stylist ‘Flavors of Kala Ghoda’ launched earlier this year at Kala Ghoda Arts Festival.
With the launch of her Life Ki Recipe Kitchen in April ’13, she became the most sought after home chef in the city with a coveted title of ‘That Bacon Jam Girl’. She has been featured in various online and print media like Bpbweekend, Mumbai boss, Indian Express, DNA, Mid day, TimeOut, Hindustan times, Mumbai Mirror, Homegrown.in for her artisanal spreads & sauces.
Notably, she has hosted more than 1000+ CookShops across the country at places like IIT Powai, Studio fifteen, BNP Paribas, APB Cook Studio, Renaissance Convention center, Abhivyakti, Studio Eight, Tangerine Arts Studio, Egon Religare, Castrol Biking, Tata Capital to name a few.
As a Food stylist she has worked for brands like Godrej Microwaves, Hindustan Unilever, Maharaja Whiteline, Budweiser, Nutrela and many renowned places like Sassy Spoon, Zeba Kohli’s Fantasie, Wok Express, Di Napoli, Crave, Between breads and many more.
Mulchand Dedhia calls himself as a photopreneur, he is an entrepreneur by profession and photographer at heart. He loves start-ups and has three different start ups to his credit. In 2012, he founded Photo Konnect, a venture that helps individuals become better photographer. He is a visiting faculty in media colleges where he teaches photography as a subject. He has conducted over 200+ photography walks, workshops, talks, and photo tours.
