Q- Who is the workshop aimed at?
A- Whether you are an amateur or a serious hobby photographer or a budding professional, this workshop has something to offer. Participants should be comfortable using the manual or semi-manual settings, and need to have a DSLR camera. This level will focus more on practical, composition, assignment, business, critique and the art of travel photography and building good photo stories.

Q- Will we cover camera basic
A- No. We have different workshop for the beginners level.

Q- Who will lead the workshop?
A- Fawzan Husain will lead and mentor the participants. He has a post graduate degree in journalism from Bombay school of Journalism. With over 21 years of experience as a photojournalist, he has traveled extensively across India and has done several International assignments. He is a widely exhibited and published photographer. He has done eight solo shows and participated in twelve groups shows in 21 years of his career. His work is included in the permanent collection at Tasveer, Kiyosato Museum of photographic Arts, Japan and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.

Q- What are the learning objectives
A- We will talk about various genres of photography which can be clubbed together with travel, you will learn how to build your own thought process around a photo story. You will be made aware about what are the Do’s and Don’ts of travel photography as well as get closer to mastering the art of selecting your best work from your days output. Along with this we will help you identify the right business part in this genre of photography along with a critique session with the group moderated by our mentor Fawzan Husain.

Q- What dates are the workshops running on?
A- The workshop has been divided between two consecutive Sundays so that you can practice and work on the assignment during the week. Day 1 will be conducted on 25th March and Day 2 will be conducted on 1st April.

Q- Can I attend just one of the workshops days or both of them?
A- You do NOT have an option to choose between the days since we will cover various aspects and we would want all our participants to be with us on the same page.

Q- What camera and equipment do I need to bring?
A- We recommend you bring a D- SLR camera with a kit lens for the workshop. However any advanced gear which you are comfortable using can certainly be an advantage for you while shooting. But if you are confident of your photography skills on a digital camera and would like learn more about the process of working and building travel photo stories you could also sign up for the workshop. Q- How much does it cost to take part in a workshop?
A- Your investment for the workshop will be Rs. 5,500 only. But in return every participant of the workshop will be entitled for a free voucher for 8.5 X 11 Hardcover book worth Rs. 1,545.

Q- What is the Grand Prize for the winning participant?
A- On the second day of the workshop, photographer Fawzan Husain will select one participant among all to be the best photographer of the workshop to win the Zoomin Print Pack which includes as below

Q- What’s included in the price?
A- Guidance by experienced photographer Fawazan Husain. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided in the morning. In the afternoon we have made arrangements for a working lunch.

Q- How can I make my payments?
A- Our office is based at South Mumbai in Crawford market. You can walk in to drop your fees to our office from mon-fri from 9 AM to 8 PM in the evening. However, if you reside in any other part of the city we could help you with a pick up facility for an additional fee of Rs.200. Alternatively, you could transfer your fees directly in to our bank account. The details for the same are mentioned below.

Q- How many other students will be taking part on my workshop?
A- There will be a maximum of 25 participants. This ensures that the lead photographer has plenty of time to answer any questions, provide critical feedback and interact with everyone in the workshop.
